The Living Room & Snug
Step into a charming country living room where rustic beams, a crackling wood-burning stove, and soft, leather sofas invite you to unwind. Thoughtfully decorated with vintage touches and natural textures, this space blends farmhouse tradition with homely comfort.
The cozy snug, with its fire and exposed beams, it the perfect spot for curling up with a book or sharing stories by the fire.
The Kitchen, Dining Room & Utility
At the heart of the farmhouse is a warm and welcoming country kitchen, fully equipped for relaxed holiday cooking. With rustic wooden units, a farmhouse table, and charming vintage touches, it’s the perfect place to gather for leisurely breakfasts or hearty evening meals.
The farmhouse also has a separate dining room with open fire for larger get-togethers.
Facilities include; an electric AGA, microwave and a portable induction hob plus all the kitchen and dining essentials. The Utility Room has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and a pool table.

Climbing the wooden stairs to the first-floor, there are four beautifully presented bedrooms, three of which benefit from en-suite facilities.
Up another small flight of stairs leads to the mezzanine twin, built into the eaves of the roof and ideal room for children.
Each of the bedrooms has its own unique charm and is finished to a high level.
The Bathrooms
The Farmhouse benefits from a house bathroom plus three of the bedrooms have en-suites.
The stunning house bathroom has a bath, separate walk-in shower, basin and WC.
Outside
The Farmhouse is set in beautiful gardens with the farmyard to the rear. The resident alpacas and goats and others make for nosey – but friendly – neighbours!
